I’m a winner!
A few weeks ago I entered a pitching competition run by Edelman Studios asking for ideas for films, documentaries or webisodes. The ideas had to be related to brands represented by Edelman, a global PR firm.
I came up with an idea for a webisode series for one of the brands, wrote it up over a weekend, sent it in, and this morning I received a cheque for $1000. If the idea gets selected as one of the finalists, then I could be flown to the US to pitch it.
This is the first thing I’ve won in my life and suddenly, I feel as though I could do anything!

I am a huge horror fan – anything that makes me scared, I love!
But saying that, things that scare me might not scare other people. I don’t have nightmares about alien invsions for example – but maybe you do!
